Overview
Scrum is a simple frameworks that works perfectly in management of complex product development, popular since early 1990s and now widely adopted internationally.
Scrum and Agile Basics ideally suits not only existing project managers, but also developers and business representatives. The course is designed by our experienced trainer based on the certifying course from PeopleCert with adaptation to Hong Kong's corporate needs. Participants will have a good understanding of agile philosophies, guiding principles and values at completion. Associated methods like Story Writing, Backlog Management, Planning Poker, etc. will also be covered.
The course includes an attempt to the PeopleCert SCRUM Master I Certification exam.

Scrum 是一個簡單的框架，可以很容易地管理複雜的產品開發，自20世紀90年代初開始流行，現在已在國際上廣泛採用,以應對當今快速和不斷變化的業務環境。
課程不僅適用於現有項目經理，也適合開發人員和業務代表。此課程基於 PeopleCert 提供之課程，加上導師多年在 Scrum 開發項目的經驗。學員會學習敏捷的哲學、指導原則和價值觀。還會練習寫作用戶故事(User Story)，管理產品 Backlog，及學會使用「計劃撲克」等有關的敏捷工具與方法。
課程已包括由 PeopleCert 提供之 SCRUM Master I 證書考試。
